What does the host need to provide?

A suitable indoor space with room for the stretching table, the practitioner, and participants to move comfortably. We’ll confirm the layout, access, and setup arrangements with you before the event.

How long are the sessions and the event?

Timing is planned around your event, the number of participants, and the experience you want to offer. Session length and total time on site are agreed in advance.

Are community sessions free for residents?

The payment arrangement depends on the event. Let us know if you’re considering a host-sponsored experience or participant-paid sessions so we can discuss an appropriate quote.

Can you work with a senior or active-adult community?

Tell us about your community, the intended participants, and any access or mobility considerations. We’ll discuss whether the proposed event is a suitable fit. Assisted stretching is wellness support, not medical care or physical therapy.

Do you offer group sessions or workshops?

Group sessions and workshops are available to discuss by inquiry. Share your audience, group size, and goals; the specific format and availability will be confirmed before booking.
