1. Canceling or rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can manage an eligible appointment through Vagaro or contact Coastal Stretch using the information below.
2. Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be charged the full session fee. A missed appointment without notice may also be charged the full session fee.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a prepayment requirement or, when reasonably necessary, Coastal Stretch declining future appointments.
If an emergency or exceptional circumstance affected your appointment, contact us promptly. Coastal Stretch may review the circumstances, but an exception is not guaranteed.
3. If Coastal Stretch changes the appointment
If Coastal Stretch must cancel, we will offer a reasonable opportunity to reschedule. If you prepaid and do not wish to reschedule, you may request a refund of the amount paid for that canceled appointment.
Weather, unsafe travel conditions, illness, building access, or an unsafe service environment may require an appointment to be delayed, relocated, or rescheduled.
4. Payments, billing questions, and refunds
Booking and payment are handled through Vagaro. Prices and any required deposit, prepayment, or card-on-file authorization are presented during booking.
- Completed services are generally nonrefundable.
- Approved refunds are ordinarily returned to the original payment method.
- Bank and card-network processing times may affect when a refund appears.
- Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges should be reported promptly.
The current Coastal Stretch website does not advertise memberships or prepaid multi-session packages. If a future offer includes advance payment for multiple services, its duration, cancellation, refund, transfer, and expiration terms will be provided before purchase.
5. How to request help
Email Info@coastalstretch.com or call (561) 770-8843. Include the client name, appointment date, and a short description of the request. Do not email complete payment-card numbers or private medical records.
