1. Who is responsible for this policy
DC Wellness Group LLC, operating as Coastal Stretch (“Coastal Stretch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is responsible for the information described in this policy. Networks & Nodes maintains website code and infrastructure but does not routinely receive or use client inquiries, health information, booking details, waivers, photographs, or payment information.
2. Information we collect
Website inquiries
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, area, service interest, and message. Please do not submit private medical records or urgent health information through the general contact form.
Booking and transaction information
When you book through Vagaro, we may receive information Vagaro makes available to the business, such as contact details, appointment information, selected service, transaction amount and status, customer communications, and cancellation history.
Waiver, intake, and service information
Before or during services, we may collect your name, date of birth, emergency contact information, signature, relevant health conditions, injuries, surgeries, mobility limitations, session notes, and your voluntary photo/testimonial choice. Health-related information is used for safety and service administration, not targeted advertising.
Technical information
Our hosting, analytics, email, and security providers may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, approximate region, request timestamps, error logs, and security signals. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use client health information for behavioral advertising.
4. Booking and payment through Vagaro
The Coastal Stretch website directs booking and payment activity to Vagaro. Full payment-card information is entered with and processed by Vagaro and its payment partners, not by the Coastal Stretch contact form or email system.
Vagaro may separately collect information when you use its website, application, consumer account, or payment features. Review the Vagaro Privacy Policy for its practices. Coastal Stretch remains responsible for the customer information Vagaro processes on Coastal Stretch’s behalf.
6. Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you provided, subject to records we must retain for legal, insurance, safety, payment, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes. You may also withdraw voluntary photo or testimonial permission in writing for future uses.
Appointment and payment records held in a Vagaro consumer account may also be managed through Vagaro. Browser settings can limit certain storage technologies, though doing so may affect booking or security features.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain appropriate client and business records, resolve disputes, meet accounting or legal obligations, and protect the business and its clients. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information has been improperly accessed or disclosed, contact us promptly.
8. Children and changes to this policy
The general website and contact form are not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should contact Coastal Stretch before submitting information or arranging services for a minor.
We may revise this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner.
