We bring the professional table and session equipment to your house, apartment, or condo.

Book a private session at your office when the space is safe, clear, and agreed in advance.

Active-lifestyle support

Assisted stretching for adults who want to stay comfortable through golf, tennis, pickleball, walking, travel, and daily routines.

Coastal Stretch does not diagnose conditions or provide physical therapy, massage therapy, rehabilitation, or medical care. Sessions focus on assisted stretching and everyday movement comfort.
